Stoneware is heavy, and you have a kitchen to run. The studio van brings your order to your Boston-area address, so nobody has to carry a box of plates home from Bennington Street.
You pay on a full-page Stripe-hosted page, in USD. Your card number never reaches this website.
Who rides with the van
Restaurants, cafés, and home kitchens around Boston that have an order with the studio and no easy way to reach East Boston from Thursday to Sunday. If you can get here, pickup at 101 Bennington St carries no delivery charge.
What $20.00 USD covers
INCLUDED
The studio van to the Boston-area address you enter on the payment page.
NOT INCLUDED
The pieces themselves, which are priced from the tag or your quote. Parcels beyond the Boston area, which we quote before anything is confirmed. If your invoice reaches $500.00 USD, drop-off is free, and we refund the $20.00 USD if you already paid it.
From paying to done

Pay on Stripe
Press pay and finish on Stripe's page. It asks for your card, your email, your phone number, and the delivery address.

Get your reference
We email your reference and the exact text your card statement will show.
- 3.
Set the date
We email you within two business days to set the drop-off date for your order.
- 4.
The van arrives
Your order comes when it is ready: 6–8 weeks for standard work, 3–4 weeks for rush, counted from deposit plus written specs.
Where the van goes
The van serves the Boston area. If your address falls outside it, we tell you, refund the $20.00 USD, and quote a parcel instead.
Anything that arrives broken is covered: photograph the box and the piece within seven days and we replace it at no cost.
If you change your mind
Change your mind any time before the van leaves with your order and we refund the full $20.00 USD to your card. Questions first? Call or write and a person answers. The full rules are below, and they are the same ones we use at the counter.
