Daily use, kiln variation, and chips
01 — RUN IT HARD
Dishwasher, microwave, daily abuse. Cone 10 stoneware is vitrified—closer to glass than to flowerpot—and it will outlive the appliance washing it.
02 — THE KILN VOTES
Reduction firing gives the flame a say, so your piece will drift a shade from the render. That drift is the signature. A factory can't fake it.
03 — CHIPS ARE ON US
Chip anything in the first year and we replace it. Bring the piece by the studio—no receipt archaeology required.
How you actually get a piece
Open a form, request a written quote, or call the studio. We confirm specs by email. Standard work is ready in 6–8 weeks; rush is 3–4 weeks at plus 20 percent. Pickup is at 101 Bennington St, East Boston, Thursday through Sunday, 11–6. Boston-area drop-off is $20.00 USD, free on invoices of $500.00 USD or more. Nothing here is a warehouse send in three to five days.
