No cards on this site, no accounts, minimal data by design — plus who can see your order book entry and what happens if something goes wrong.
§5 Returns & care
THE CHIP PROMISE LIVES HEREStock pieces come back within 30 days, unused, for a refund or credit — your choice. Custom runs are thrown for you and can't be restocked, so they're final once fired; before firing, you can cancel for your deposit back.
Photograph the box and the piece within 7 days and we replace it at no cost, shipping included. Keep the shards if you like them; some people do.
If a piece chips in normal kitchen use within a year, bring or ship it to the studio and we replace it once, free. Drops onto tile floors count as normal kitchen use. We've read enough warranties to know how rare that sentence is.
Dishwasher and microwave safe; skip the broiler and direct flame. Thermal shock — freezer to hot oven — is the one thing cone 10 stoneware won't forgive, and damage from it isn't covered.
§6 Accessibility
A WORK IN PROGRESS, HONESTLYThis site respects your reduced-motion setting — the grain, cursor and auto-spin stand down when you've asked your system for calm. Every price and product detail shown in a 3D render is also written in plain text beside it, and the renders themselves carry text descriptions for screen readers.
